Due to the distance, and related 295/95/695 traffic, I would like to not waste 45-60 minutes each way in traffic. We went in person. They didn't say a visit was necessary, but I would've done it anyway since this is a big purchase and too many things can go wrong. If you read the recent posts in the Acadia/Outlook/Enclave thread, you'd probably do the same.
