Couple of specific questions: I have read the duplicate title is not a problem - What are all the title numbers? Does this sequence appear OK? The reported 54,000+ seems reasonable given 42,000 on the reports? Is this price to good to believe I ran the numbers here and KBB and it seems a good buy at 10,000? Thanks in advance. First of all thank you so much for all of the awesome info that you share here! Can you tell me what the money factor buy rate is for a 2011 BMW 328i Sedan? This is in Austin, TX. I am looking to do a 36 month lease with 12k/yr. The vehicle that I am looking at has Premium package, Value package, xenon lights, upgraded Harmon sound system, and dakota leather if that makes a difference. The MSRP is 41,800 and so far they have given me $2500 off and quoted me $591/month (but that includes the dealer added paint sealant and nitrogen in tires which I plan to ask them to remove from the pricing). The money factor that I was quoted was .00245 or something like that which I assume was marked up to the max, but I have not given credit yet. It is however top tier 800+. Thanks for the help. I was able to get a deal at BMW of Austin which included returning my lease early with some additional equity (not sure how that exactly worked) and I was able to get the following this is for Texas 2009 BMW Z4 3.0 Space Gray Premium Package, Premium Sound, Heated Seats. MSRP 54850 - $3000 rebate - $1468 (trade-in-value) (there was some magic here that I dont quite fully understand. It was an Owners Choice return of my previous 3er. - $3100 dealer sales tax rebate (In texas entire sales tax is collected up front and usually rolled in to the lease) 65% residual 0.00135 MF 29 month lease 12000 miles/year $1000 out of pocket Final payment $678/mo for remaining 28 months.
