thanks. actually i went in to pick it up and got him to lower money factor a little more, thanks to some research i saw. had to put down a security deposit, and my payments went up $3 to $871, but now i get $900 back at end of lease. which equals out to $846 month... i guess it's not good as i'd like to have paid, consider my last car was a Lexus GX470 at $760 but i wanted to try something new. the ride is spectacular..

2005 X5 3.0 in Ohio
by littlebean00 on Mon Oct 10 11:14:55 PDT 2005
Bought my new 2005 X5 3.0 on the last day of September. MSRP $48,920 + $400 for IPOD = $49,320. Cold, Premium, Rear Climate, Auto, Heated Steering Wheel, Self Dimming Mirrors, IPOD. Paid $41,500 -- about $7,800 under MSRP and about $1,200 dealer profit.
Dealer Fees
by littlebean00 on Wed Sep 29 06:19:41 PDT 2004
My dealer adds on $150 advertising fee, $160 training fee, and $400 for "prep and mats." This is in addition to the invoice price found on edmunds.com. The dealer would absolutely not negotiate these fees. Is this common?
