Oh, sorry about the confusion, Macdad. BMW Financial Services' January buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2011 550i GT with 12,000 miles per year are .00195 and 41%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tiers. That's right, 41. Ouch. If you really want to lease, you're much better off going with a 2012 model. Car_man Host Prices Paid: Buying & Leasing Experiences Forum

Oh yeah. When negotiating the lease offer, they wouldn't budge on throwing in free floor mats. Is that common practice? I read somewhere I should have free floor mats.
Oh I see how it is, nyccarguy. Kyfdx is your friend and I'm chopped liver ;) . Here's the information that you're looking for. If you were to lease a 2011 328i xDrive Sedan, which by the way is an amazing deal right now, through BMW Financial Services' right now for 27 months with 15,000 miles per year, its buy rate lease money factor and residual value would be .00185 and 69%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier. The residual value for 36-monhs is 60%, but the 27-month deal is much better. Car_man Host Prices Paid: Buying & Leasing Experiences Forum
Well our dealer really came thru for us. We could have driven another hour and dealt w/ a dealer 2 hours from home and saved approx $2500. Decided just to stick w/ our local dealer, who has always provided great support, loaner cars, biscotti's in the lounge, fresh ground coffee machine, snacks, water, sodas. A class act. But just love the difference between the 2009 and the 2011. Man oh man did they make some GREAT improvements. Especially all the iDrive controls. But the REAL highlight is the upgraded stereo system we got, 16 speakers and subwoofers, Mannnn it kicks.
