Coming out of a 2006 330i sedan. Taking delivery tomorrow of a 2008 328i coupe. Took advantage of the early out program - 1 month early in my case. Got lucky. Lease program at time of delivery (Aug) turns out to be better than lease program at time of order (Jun). Residual stayed the same (55%) but money factor went down (from .00185 to .00145). So instead of paying $650 per month, I'll be paying $621 per month. Here's some details. 328i coupe, with alpine white exterior, black leather interior with aluminum trim, automatic transmission, premium package, heated seats, Logic 7 stereo + sat radio. MSRP: $43,395 Edmunds Invoice Price: $39,970 Edmunds TMV: $41,705 Sale Price: $40,503 Term: 36 months Miles: 15,000 per year Residual: 55% Money Factor: .00145 (= about 3.5%) Monthly Payment: $621all-in (acquisition fee and tax capitalized) Drive-off: first month's payment + DMV fees Location: NY / Westchester County
HELP... I was offered this deal in NY. Is this a good deal? CPO 2006 CPO 325 xi alpine white fully loaded: navigation xenon headlights steptronic automatic xm satellite ready park assist OTD: $34,941 ($32,000 plus tax, title, etc.) 3.9% $4,000 down $569.35 for 60 mos Maintenance to expire Dec. 2009 Extended warranty to expire Dec. 2011 Wondering if I should buy this car or lease a new 328 xi. I don't necessarily need all the extras, but they sure are nice. Any advice is appreciated.
I am looking at getting a 2008 335i Coupe in Alpine White with black interior. Options are: Steptronic, paddle shifters, comfort access, cold weather pkg, park distance control, premium pkg, sport pkg, nav system, satellite radio and the iPod adapter. MSRP is $51,295. I'm located on the central coast of Calif. I moved here about 6 months ago from upstate NY and the dealers are telling me that since I get bored with any vehicle after 2 years, that a lease would be better for me. Also in Calif, when you trade in a vehicle, you do not get the sales tax from the value of the trade applied towards the new car. So a lease sounds better in that regard. If I go with a lease, what would be the best deal I can get for the MF, etc.? Also if anyone can suggest a good dealer near San Luis Obispo and up to 200 miles away, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you
