June residual for 528 xi is 69% for 24 mos. 10K. I saw that the residual for 528 was 70% for 24 mons 10K, as per another forum. I saw you are from NJ. Lot's of dealerships to chose from. Lot's of competition. Which dealership did you go to, if you don't mind my asking? :D

is this at Morristown BMW? I am asking since a few months ago I recall a CA there emailing me about a similar car when I was looking. I think you should see the best deal you could get on a NEW 535xi similarly equipped. People are getting good deals and there is alot of competition in NJ since there are so many dealers. Also if you want an XI who is looking to buy those in the Spring? Good Luck and let us know how you make out! :)

why is it still around i would ask myself? I would check the vehicle history to ensure that there is nothing funky going on here. You should be ablel in NJ especially to get a 2008 328 for $500 over invoice. There are so many dealers to play off without alot of work. A friend got a 335 similarly equipped for only 500 over invoice.

BTW: New Jersey charges tax on both portions of the payment. this was a change from 10/2005 when they did not. This information can be found on the NJ State Website if you do a search under auto leasing laws. OP: be careful about checking the numbers when you go to do the deal. I wasn't feeling well on the day I picked up my car and although the numbers were slightly off from what I had been figuring out, I signed anyway since the other key components were correct. Looks like they marked up the MF about .00033 from what I was originally quoted when I placed the order. You will notice that the MF doesn't show up on any of the paperwork you sign. I'm thinking about contacting my dealer to discuss although I realize I should just remember not to sign deals on days when you have the flu. It's a $850 lesson for me. Not sure if they were trying to rip me off or if it was an honest mistake on their part.

don't believe they charge maco in NJ. I could be wrong. The price was the invoice price calculated from pricing available on bimmerfest and excluded those two items.
