Car_man, I'm looking to lease a 535i xDrive in the NJ area. The MSRP is $61,895 and the invoice is $56,955. I was looking on CR and it says there's a $500 regional advertising fee and a $1260 holdback. Since the regional ad fee is manufacturer enforced i guess it's fair to include? So that takes me to $56,955 + $500 - $1260 = $56,195 as the floor zero profit point and means i'd be pushing for something in the neighborhood of $56,695 as the purchase price. is that reasonable or too aggressive in your opinion? thanks in advance for the help!!

Hi Car Man, I was thinking about leasing an '11 for 36 months with the 10k miles per year, with 0 down. Not sure of any MSRP but assuming around 40,000-43,000. I live in NJ, what should I expect to pay monthly? Thanks

I bought from Wide World BMW - Spring Valley - NY and they gave me for the exact price what they quoted on True Car certificate. The doc fee in NY is also a fixed $75.

Looking to lease a 640 convertible in NY. A friend of mine claims to have leased one through one of these leasing guys in Brooklyn that gets fleet rates for $899 a month with no money down and taxes rolled into the lease. I don't see how this is feasible but wanted to see if anyone had some feedback on leasing of this car in NY or nj.
