Re: my 2009 528i xDrive lease deal [lalakrsfan] by comer98 on Sun May 10 09:22:53 PDT 2009

I actually was contacted by my dealership and they told me about the program. The notes that I have indicate the pull-ahead will waive the last 3 payments of your lease current lease on an '06 or '07 X3, X5, Z's and 3 convertibles. The additional loyalty cash was for X3 lessees only. I think the qualifier is that you have to be in a current 30 or 36 month lease and you cannot ever have made a late payment. The pull-ahead expires June 1, 2009 so if you want to take advantage you need to move quickly.

my 2009 528i xDrive lease deal by comer98 on Sat May 09 10:27:19 PDT 2009

I wanted to share the deal I just put together on an 09 528i xDrive lease. I am currently an 06 X3 lessee and BMWFS is offering a pull-ahead program covering the last 3 payments on my lease plus an additional $1,500 loyalty cash on top of the lease cash for the 2009 528i xDrive. Here's the deal: 2009 528i xDrive; Alpine White/Cream Beige with Premium, Cold Weather, Xenons, Auto Trans 10k / 36 mos MSRP: $52,975 Cap Cost: $45,890 (breakdown: Inv 48,765 - X3 loyalty 1,500 - lease cash 2,500 + acq fee 725 + dealer profit 400) Residual: 61% MF: .00175 Base Pmt = $515.54, no $ down, first payment due at signing Let me know what you think!

Re: May Money Factors [tomcat626] by mil6753 on Thu May 07 05:08:52 PDT 2009

What was the total MSRP for the vehicle after you add the options. I was able to get a 2009 with MSRP of 73320 for 841/mo plus tax, 0 down, 36, 12k.

2009 X5 Lease Quote by mil6753 on Fri Apr 24 13:32:30 PDT 2009

MSRP 71270, discount to 67707 (invoice is 65445) 0 down lease, 12K per year, 36mos = $944.69 base payment w/o tax When asked if they are using .00155 as the moneyfactor, am told they mark that up to .00195. But they are using 58% residual since it's 12K a year and not 15K which is 56%. How close should I a) push to get to invoice price or b) get money factor reduced to .00155. Money factor difference is $1500 over three years. Even if I leave the price at 67707 (2262 over invoice) but get them to do the .00155 money factor, it's $50/mo less payment! Any one with similar experiences or negotiation suggestions please post.
