Thanks Car_man. I was interested in 36 mos. at 12K per year. I understand that the buy rate for 36mos./12K is .00250 and the residual is 64%. Correct? Is the difference in the residual the reason why you say that 24 mos. lease at 15K mi is the most attractive term at the moment? Thanks, - A.

A dealer is quoting me the following lease numbers on a 2006 325i (manual, xenon, sparkling graphite paint): 3 year lease at 12K mi. per year. MSRP = $32870 Invoice = $30555 (including $400 MACO) Acq. Fee = $825 Cap. Cost = $31,305 Monthly Payment = $441 + tax = $477 (my tax rate is 8.25%) He said he was using 64% residual, the base BMWFS MF rate and $750 over invoice. Good deal? Thanks.
