Buying a car from a BMW Car Dealer
Hi Car_man and kyfdx! This will be my first time leasing and I am looking into a 2011 BMW 328i sedan (in Miami, Fl). I was hoping you could provide me with the current lease money factor and residual value for a 27 month lease with both, 10,000 miles and 12,000 miles? From what I understand, these numbers are not negotiable, is that right? Thanks so much for your help! Melissa
Offered: 399 tax in (Miami fl) 328i sedan, with value Bluetooth and Harmon Kandon, Dakota leather 1590 out of pocket Includes 1st month and my last 330 payment on my Acura tl Car is a loaner with 8k but in excellent condition, take it?
Hey Car_man, or anybody, I've being negotiating with my local Dealer (miami Fl) for a few weeks, and this are the best numbers so far: 2010 528i with Premium Package MSRP $47575 Selling price $42500 61% residual .00245 MF 36/10 2000 total money out of pocket $549 + Tax ($588 with tax) what do you guys think?? Dealer is telling me this are the rock bottom numbers.
I agree, here in Miami Fl dealers are charging .00245 which is a little lower, but still high, it seems the dealers in Dallas are marking up the MF by .35 +/- . I have a feeling BMW Financial will lower the MF after the new 5 is unveiled on Nov 23rd, maybe they come out with better lease programs for December. Dont rush and wait, they will lower it or they just wont be able to move the last units before the new 5 hits showrooms.
Peper, the 2008 328i costed that much new! Therefore, they should have a selling price to be a couple of thousand$ less! I do not know exactly what the price was, but I have leased 2008 328i with metallic paint and BMW Assist, MSRP of $34,400, which cap value, i.e., selling price, came to be $32,400. Note that this was in May 2005, while the prices were still w/o much discounts in Miami, which happened to be a hot BMW market. Therefore, I believe that you should easily be able to get it for about $2,000 less. However, if I would be you, I would rather opt for a 2009, because both the front and tail are much more different than 2008, and therefore it will be very visible that you are driving an old Bimmer...
