Find BMW Dealers in Blue, Arizona

Negotiating a deal on a 335i in Arizona (I live in CA) because can't find the 2010 model I want in state. Please post any comments, as haven't finalized yet. Also, AZ dealer is quoting a "doc and temp plate fee" of about $350--what is that? In CA, the doc fee is $45. 2010 335i in Monaco Blue with Oyster/Black interior Prem Pkg Sport Pkg Auto Heated front seats Ipod/usb Navigation Sat radio MSRP: $51,250 Cap cost: $500 over invoice minus $2500 spring credit Money factor: .00180 with no sec dep (admits it's marked up but says they won't budge) Acquisition fee: $925 (same response to mark up as above) Answers to the temp plate fee question and comments on deal much appreciated!

I ended up getting a 36 month lease (15,000 mile) on a 2007 328i coupe - Monaco Blue, Leatherette (I actually like the leatherette, and it was a lot less than leather), automatic, bluetooth, bmw access, sport package - 18'alloy wheels, premium sound, tinted windows, (and i know there are some other options that I am forgetting). I negotiated to about $41,777, with invoice being $$42,500 or so. I had a car that had a loan balance of $11K, and was not in the greatest shape. The KBB on the trade-in was about $12K. The dealership paid assumed the loan balance to pay-off and took my trade-in. I paid $1K down w/ $600/mo + tax for monthly payments. I wish I knew about this site before I made the purchase to compare, but i did some basic lease calculations to get the deal. I paid a little more than I should have, but given that my work gives me a $400 car allowance/month, I thought life could be worse. The dealer (in az) was not very flexible with price. I actually wanted the 335 coupe, but the dealer said it would have to be ordered and a wait of 8-10 weeks, which is more like 3 months. The dealer only had two 328 coupes on the lot. No 335s. Also, I guess dealers don't include floor mats with cars. I did not know this. If you guys do buy a car just make sure you negotiate floor mats as I didn't. This was my 1st time leasing, and I've learned some valuable lessons.

Yep, the asking prices for BMW CPO cars are outrageous, but some dealers will come down quite a bit from those asking prices. About 2 weeks ago I was at our local BMW dealer, and they marked down the price for an '03 325i sedan -- with Premium, Sport, automatic, upgraded HK sound, heated seats, and the orient blue metallic paint -- to $30.7K. I don't remember for certain, but I believe it had about 14-15K miles on it. Considering the additional (and transferable) 2yr/50K warranty on top of the standard warranty, it seemed like a very competitive price to me. Nearly two years ago they had a 2000 528i (2 years old) with an asking price of $38.8K. But because it had sat on their lot for a couple of months, I was able to purchase it at $35.5K.
