I just leased my 2011 x5 35d from chapman bmw yesterday. used truecar.com as a negotiation tool and leaseguide leasing kit as a number proof assistant. My due at signning is 5k, actual capita reduction to cost is (5000-925-399-60-777)=2800 around this including tax. so it is less than 2800 as capita reduction. Dealer quote is MSRP 66475 Sale price 58150 due at signning 5000 acutual downpayment to capita reduction, 2800 around which including tax sales tax NV TAX 8.1% disposal fee 350 residual 55% for 36 mos 12k money factor at 0.002, interest rate @4.8% acquistion fee: 925* doc fee 399* Tax is 8.1% first month payment is 777* AZ 3 month tem license fee: 60* tax on 2800 all numbers above are rounded. maybe few dollars different. total payment for 3 years are 32k. the car comes with sport activity, premium, tech, rear climate, cold weather, Y-spoke, multi-contour seat, 1 yr satellite, smartphone, ipod, running board, roofrack, etc totla msrp is 66475.

Hello...I am in market for BMW X5D lease w/ premium package in Phoenix, AZ market. Invoice Price for car w/ options: $51895 minus $4500 eco credit = $47395 Dealer is offering ~$700 over invoice but asking additional $600 for marketing. Are folks paying for marketing fee? Also does anybody have money factory and residual value for September '10 of X5 Diesel (Carman???) Is this consider good deal? Appreciate any comments. Thanks..

Hi smoot1. BMW is not providing any lease support on the 2011 328i yet. As a result, if you were to lease one through BMW Financial Services this month, you would have to use its standard lease money factor. BMW FS buy rate standard factor varies by region, but the .00270 that you were quoted looks about right. The 60% residual value is right in line with BMW FS' 36 month, 12k resid. I asked the dealer for the Money Factor and Residual Percenage and here is what I was provided for a 2011 328i. MF = 0.0027 (6.48%) Residual = 60% Are these typical numbers for a 2011 BMW?
