'09 A4 Lease Help

I'm looking to lease an '09 A4 Prestige Plus in Seattle, WA with these details and was wondering if its as financially sound as its gonna get: Price: $36844.00 Down: $2000 Rate: .00169 Term: 36mo 15k m/y Residual: 0.54 First month paid $598.76/mo it just seems like the monthly is a little high I think its $500 above invoice, he joked about making the deal at invoice price but it seems like people are getting it for under invoice? Thanks for any help!

this is a slightly used avant that the manager drove for 8000 miles Black with Ebony interior; Premium, Navi, Sunroof, S-line, Technology W/Bluetooth, Premium Audio w/XM, and Cold Weather Packages, Headlamp Washers, Parktronic, maybe more. MSPR on this car was about $44k Dealer willing to sell for $35K and car is certified. is this a good deal?

this lease is right on target with all calculations...i think there is still more room for neg on the final price if there is competition in your area...if not 1000 over invoice is not bad.
