2002 A6 4.2: by doctorrob on Wed Feb 27 11:00:27 PST 2008; Well I got my 02 Ming Blue 4.2 for $18,500. It has the sport package and 46K on the odometer. I love driving it and the triptronic shifters on the wheel are a blast. My friends 05 S4 is more fun, but I can carry two 6'3' friends in the back and carry on a conversation, so it has its advantages. I have opened up the exhaust and put a K&N filter on the intake, does anyone know where to get a CAI for the 4.2? And does anyone know of a forum for A6 mods. I bought this car to work on and I seem to be having trouble finding people who are doing the same. I am in Richmond VA, is anyone has a clue. Thanks

If the Dealer can work it out I am thinking to commit for $1400 down, $715/m , 15K/Year, not sure yet.

NoDiscount-SP=$58,770 , $5000 down, $590/m, 12k/y on 36m lease. Based on your suggested numbers I think I got a reasonable deal. I am working on 15K/y bargain for a $30 more instead. Lets see... Now comming to test drive experience and looks, I enjoyed the driving feel of Mercedes GL450 than this Audi Q7. However the interior, exterior, pickup of Audi while changing lanes on highway seemed lot better to me. Overall based on the deal I got from the dealer I am inclined for the Audi Q7 deal. Before I go ahead, Can one you give me your final suggestion pls, will highly appreciate it.

I asked the dealer to work and let me know if $3500/down + $599/mth on a $54,520 can be do-able on 15k/yr for a 36m lease, I think the above may go up to $100/mth more lets see. They have given me a drive appointment this Wed 6/7/06, Had I really liked the vehicle and want to get it now, whats the best leasing payments you would suggest?. pls let me know.

Virginia Experiences: by mcrensha1 on Fri Dec 06 20:48:59 PST 2002; My wifes car is a 01 A4 1.8t Avant, the car was purchased over the phone from Audi of Charlottesville, VA. The saleperson there was very helpful but the financing manager almost blew the deal for us, he was very dishonest and tried to scrape more money out of us. I would not buy a vehilce from this dealership. The car has had NO mechanical problems to speak of. The quattro system has worked beautifully in the snow, cruisng right up the slick hills past other cars spinning all over the place without so much as slipping a tire. I have had the car serviced at Audi of Richmond, VA and Duncan Audi in Raonoke, VA. Both service visits were a pleasure, as a matter of fact Duncan is so nice they are almost annoying. Both are fine choices. I choose to purchase my car from the lowest bidder and did not have a good experience. Audi of Richmond was excellent when I was shopping but could not beat the price of the other.
