Buying a car from a Audi Car Dealer
I just got an offer yesterday for 2012 A6 Premium, 18' Sports Package in Phantom Black. I'm located in So Cal (LA area) and shopped all around and this was the best deal I could find. Has anyone in So Cal seen a deal similar to this or better: MSRP: $52,750 Selling price: $47,950 Residual 52% MF 0.00108 39 mths 10,000/yr lease term $1500 from Audi Incentives (loyalty program) 1st Payment Free through Season of Audi deal Down Payment: $3000 monthly payment $552 (+$48.30 tax)
Here is the deal. A4 Quattro premium plus grey + Navi. MSRP 42250. OTD I got is 41485 from santa monica audi. I am not sure if it is a goold deal, but I did check with other dealers around LA area. Here is my opinoin. Pasadena not competitve in price at all. Reverside stating thery are aggressive in price, but not true. Auto galeria depends on its inventory. If the car is not in their lot, dont buy. West covina does not have motivation to sell. Santa monica gave me the best offer, i think its selling price is about 1.5k below invoice. But I also purchased audi care and another package I was told cover wheel windshield and some other which manuf warrenty doesnot cover for about 60 more every mo for 60 mos. I am not sure if it is worth. But I was told that I can call and cancel within 30days. I will do some research.
Hi Car Man, Can you give me the new money factor and residual % from AFS? I've been to three dealers in LA and the best deal I got---with the new July 5th buy rate---is $487 with taxes. Here are the stats: Audi A5 Premium Plus MSRP: $47, 625 (Navi, B&O, Sport Package with 19's) Sell Price: $46,400 36 month lease $10,000 down (total drive off) I don't know if I should even get this car if the 2012 is coming out this month. Doesn't make sense on the resale if you ask me. Anyway, let me know about the MF and residual % when you get a chance. Thanks so much Car Man! b
I was quoted on the exact same detail for that car $660/mo in LA, so I think you did better than I would have. In Nor Cal add Navigation...they are asking 4k up front $730/mo +tax! Which is really like $800 month with that 4k up front. Surely there is a location to Get my dream Audi for $600's?? Q5 2.0 Prem Plus + Navigation...I keep getting told it doesn't exist... At this point I don't care any more about the color. I know there are many shipments coming in on the 15th. I am willing to buy in So Cal or Nor Cal...any tips on the best least for this car?
I have been trolling around the Audi section looking for more information on leasing a A4. I am looking at leasing a 2011 A4 Prem+ w/nav in Las Vegas with 12k/36mo. I still have about 3 months of payments left on my 08 Acura TL before I pull the trigger. I went in to my local Audi dealer, did a test drive, and "went over" some numbers. Needless to say, I ended up walking out as the quoted me around 669/mo for 12,000 36 month lease on a sticker price 40,850 A4. Seen I did not do my homework before I went in there and could not remember about asking for the mf and residual, they took me for a ride. My question is, where do I find the current residual and mf for my area. I do not want to put more than 1500 down and need 12k/36mo. Do you think it would be reasonable to get this for under 520/mo? Thanks in advance for all the help.
