Orr Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

After emailing 12 area dealers, inquiring about a 2014 Willys Wheeler, it came down to Orr in Searcy and Fletcher in Sherwood. Fletcher was giving me a slightly better price ($100), but when I weighed that against the poor customer experience I was having at Fletcher, it was worth $100 more and a 45 minute drive to Orr to make my purchase. I worked with Tina M., who was friendly, to the point, and gave it to me straight. There is no good deal, only the deal you're happy with. In the end, I still think I left some money on the table, but Orr matched Fletcher's lower offer and I believe we're all happy with that price. I would absolutely call Tina M. at Orr in Searcy to purchase another vehicle. Easiest car buying experience I've ever had.
