Very disappointed

Pros:
Nice facility, friendly salespeople
Cons:
expertly trained in headhunting and general trickery

Bottom line...terrible experience. I waited well over a month on the delivery of a new car. Once it arrived, everything was going smooth. My OTD price was well established and agreed upon. Once in the finance office however, they tried several times to bully me into an additional $400+ dealer fee...

Never Ever Buy From Toyota of NWA!

Ha Ha...there aren't any!
Cons:
Just about everything about the place

So i go to buy the car and the manager that night was a total jerk! Basically he wouldn't tell us anything until we agreed to buy the car and have been approved for financing!  EJ my sales rep was doing everything he could but sadly the management there did nothing (I believe Carlos was his name)...

We walked out after being yelled out!

Pros:
Were nice until we asked what price we were paying. Very nice, luxurious showroom.
Cons:
Were verbally abused and berated by two employees.

My wife and I were signing the paperwork after being approved for a 2007 Toyota Tacoma.  I had to keep asking to see the details of exactly how much we were paying.  The salesperson would only give us a "monthly payment" before.  The price did not include the $750 cash back incentive that Toyota ...
