Need more variety in sales staff

Pros:

Nothing that I can think of.

Cons:

No variety on the lot, especially in used cars and no variety in the sales staff.

I have owned 2 Saturns, 1st sales person was a woman in her late 40's and the 2nd was a man in his mid 30's. I think it is nice to see a varied sales staff. Not the same everywhere

I was definitely spoiled from my last dealership, but I was really dissapointed.  The waiting area did not seemed cold and separated from the rest of the floor.  I had to purchase my own soda and was given grief for only have a $20 bill.  There was no water accesiable either.  I just expected a f...
