Worst Customer Service Ever

WORST Customer service ever... Talking to the management is like talking politicians that keep spouting party lines and siding with their managers and service reps without offering any real solutions. The best was when I was told that I should be happy that the Service Department didn't charge me for something that was not broken. No kidding this is what I was told. Not to mention every manager talked to me in the most condescending manner I've every experienced and didn't have the decency to pick up the phone and decided to interrupt me time and time again while talking on speaker phone. If you have the choice take your vehicle elsewhere for service.
