I personally assisted this customer, who arrived at our Cadillac dealership service department requesting a tire repair on a 2004 BMW. I explained that we are not equipped to work with BMW vehicles and have no diagnostic equipment or technical specs for the vehicle.
We are very proud of our service reputation. In all of our reviews on this site we have been rated very highly by Cadillac customers.
Also note that the BMW dealer is one block from our Cadillac dealership. I don't understand why the customer would come to a Cadillac service department for repairs on a BMW.
