Recently I purchased a previously owned Volvo from North Point Volvo. The sales person, Chris F. was comfortable to negotiate with. Actually we did the negotiations via email so by the time I came into the dealership we just went over the vehicle and filled out the paperwork. The only negative in the process was a typical car dealer ploy to "sell" you more stuff via an extended warranty, which is basically an insurance policy against auto breakdowns. I feel like if the car dealers/manufacture really had faith in the quality of the product they sold they would back them up with a 100,000 mile warranty. But they instead encourage you to buy a service warranty to insure you will not have to pay a big service bill when their product breaks!! I am going back to North Point Volvo in a few days to pick up my purchase and I may update this review after that.
