Cavanaugh Hyundai Has a fine sales staff and they gave me a good deal on a new Santa Cruz. Nice car with a 10year Drive train warranty. Also a 3 year Maintenance warranty. Powerful, responsive, twin turbo AWD. Fun to drive.

I just purchased a 2024 Hyundai Tucson from Cavenaugh. It was a no stress purchase. My salesman Eric was wonderful, cheerful and completely knew this vehicle. I recommend everyone goes to here. Plus, 10 year warranty, bumper to bumper. I will never by another brand vehicle after this.

I really appreciate the great service I received from Cavenaugh Kia in Jonesboro. Matthew was very helpful, professional, and did not use any sales pressure tactics. He worked to make sure I was getting a vehicle that was a good fit for my needs. The price was great, and I really appreciated Matthew taking the time to review with me several of the "techy" features of the Seltos before I left. The finance department was also great to work with, and took time to answer my multiple questions about the additional service/warranty contracts that could be purchased. This is the second time my family has purchased from Kia Cavenaugh in the past 2 years, and we have really appreciated the great customer service.

Very knowledgeable salesman. Explained buying procedure and systems on the car extremely well. However, through no fault of the salesman the wait to get to see the finance officer was way too long. After initial paperwork was completed, we waited about 1.5 hours to get in to see the finance officer. Once in the finance officers office, things went smoothly and only took about 15 minutes.
