After purchasing my new SUV w/ Randall Ford, I have taken all my service needs to their dealership. So far, it's been great. I've had two oil changes with them and both times they were quick and got me taken care of quickly. The woman that works in the service drive helping customers couldn't be more friendly and helpful!
