We are extremely pleased with our Certified Pre-owned 2009 Ford Escape, which came with a Car Fax report and a 100,000 mile warranty. We were informed of all the possible options and warranties on the various vehicles we were interested in, but in an informative rather than pushy way. The finance manager and the salespeople were consistently pleasant and provided us with many options for financing. I will definitely be a return customer to Randall Ford because they are straight forward in negotiation and are above and beyond the most reasonable and down-to-earth dealership in Arkansas.
