I have bought two cars from a superior dealership Nissan and got great service. We was looking to buy another car and my wife wanted a Chevy Sonic so we went to Superior Chevy in Conway. We picked out our car and was getting a quote on our trade in. They offered $2000 less then the fair trade in value. I told them I couldn't take that and they would have to give me the fair value for it. The finance manager there came in and was the rudest person I've ever had to deal with at a dealership. He treated us like we was stupid and insisted that my car was not worth fair trade in value. He continued to treat us like we was stupid. I told him if we couldn't get fair price we couldn't buy a car. So he says fine I will go see what I can do but you not going to get any more. He comes back and in a condescending manner tells me just because your a customer and we wont your business we will give $1000 less then fair trade. I say I'm sorry but I can do that and I'm going to go to the Nissan dealership. He then keeps on about how I'll never get fair trade on my car and that he loses money on every car he sales. He tried to tell me he didn't make any profit on any car he sales. There was another customer there in an office next to us and as we was leaving told my wife that [non-permissible content removed]. Luckily the awesome people at Nissan took care of us and gave us fair trade for our car. This is the third car we bought from Nissan and will continue to go there. I would not recommend going to Superior Chevy. If you want good service and good cars go to Superior Nissan.
