Cons:: Employees lack character. This does not reflect well on the business.

A salesman saw me on the lot and came out to ask if I was interested in a car. On all of the windshields was a listed monthly payment (without the terms - number of months). I asked the salesman, "What is the total sales price?" He quoted the monthly payment. I said, "Okay, for how many month...
