Charlie & Tom, As one of your customers, my wife and I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Pilot SE from Chapman Honda Tucson. Tom, you are very knowledgeable and have great customer service. Because of you we felt good, confident, and where able to make an educated purchase. This is also the reason we were able to choose the right vehicle for our family's needs. I've always been wary of car salesman, often with good reason, but Tom, you helped to redefine the stereotype. Charlie, you are a great person! You treated us like family. Second thought, you treated us better than our own family. Thank you, you have a big heart! There is no words to express of how we feel.
