My wife and I stopped in at Tempe Chrysler Dodge Jeep and were greeted by Vaniessia Godinez. She was so pleasant and easy to work with through the whole process. We truly enjoyed the time she spent with us and how hard she worked making sure all our needs were met. She worked hard and COMPLETELY eliminated the sales gimmicks found at other dealers. The 1st and only numbers she presented to us were $2,000 cheaper than 2 other dealers “best” numbers on the same exact MSRP vehicle. If you want to eliminate the BS of buying a car go with Vaniessia! This was one of the worst dealerships I have ever been to. The manager yelled at my grandfather when he asked for his finance sheet to show my disabled grandmother who was unable to come to the dealership causing him extreme distress. I feel bad for the salespeople because they get the raw deal. I have never experienced such disrespectful people before until visiting here. One person would say yes then the next would say no because they won't get on the same page. I'm telling everyone there are plenty of other dealerships you can do business with but you should avoid this one at all cost because they don't deserve a dime from people. They lie, and disrespect people as if it don't matter such a same because they blew a deal that was all done.

On June 6th of 2017 I purchased a 2015 Infinit Q50 from Oscar Gugleilmo. Oscar was very helpful with making sure all my questions were answered in a timely fashion and if Oscar did not have the answer, he was quick to make sure he got the correct information from his manager Shane. I felt as though Oscar was there to help me out as a customer, gave me time for a test drive nor did Oscar make me feel rushed into my decision of buying the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Tempe Dodge for any friends that are looking for a new or used vehicle and to ask for Oscar if he is available to help them out.

Worst car deal experience we've ever had. Made a deal for a new Jeep over the phone last night, agreed to the price & told the salesperson (Johnny V) that we would be there this morning at 10am. & we drive 4 hrs this morning to pick up our new Jeep and only to get told that the price is now $1000 more than the price we agreed on. The price was even more than the first price he had initially quoted us that was written down on his sales notes paper. We tried to discuss this & it turned into a screaming match where he cursed at my husband. We will never go there again. I looked at reviews for this dealership online & saw where this has happened to other customers before. Don't waste your time on this deceitful dealership.

Stay away- I bought a car from them. Yes I don't understand so good in cars I came a long way to what promised me a fully loaded car. On the phone over 3 calls I was promised that the car has navigation. Ventilated seats. Heated seats in the rear. When I got there to see the car the sales man said yes it's all here. Needles to say nothing of those features were there. When I reached out to the sales person he wished me good luck next time. And sales manager didn't even returned my call or email. ! Don't buy from them anything unless you really check every thing from floor maths to the vin!!!!!

We had a great time looking for vehicles with Frank. He was very honest and trustworthy. If you ever go to this dealership, Go See Him. However, we had a terrible experience otherwise. We test drove a vehicle that we liked. But it still needed to go through the shop to get repairs. They wanted to make sure the car was right for us, and that we were properly taken care of. We were informed that our financing was approved, and that we could come sign the papers and get the car. I wanted to talk with a mechanic to see how things were fixed, etc. But, I was never transferred to a mechanic, but told to come sign the paperwork and talk to the mechanic in person. I live 30-45 minutes away. I had already been there once with my wife and three kids. So, we all drove down to get our car ... only to find out it was deemed not safe and was going to auction. The purpose of my visit, get sold on a different car. I wanted to get a new car there, and wanted Frank to get the credit ... but, they just didn't have the car I wanted ... and I was very mad at being lied to about my car. Frank had no idea they lied to me. He had no idea we were uninformed. In short: Frank is a great salesman. Go there for him. Just make sure they tell you everything on the phone before you have to drive your whole family down to get disappointed.

Made a deal and confirmed deal 3 times ,drove six hours waited 3 hours in waiting room then was told by sales manager that his salesman misspoke and they couldn't uphold their deal.the managers name is Nick and salesman name is angelina. So they don't stand by there sales people and screw their customer. Even showed emails and texts but they didn't care.

I found the service friendly and helpful. I got a good price and have been happy with my car. I was a walk-in after finding a used Mazda3 that I wanted on the internet. There were plenty of people on time to help me, and they gave some helpful advice. After some bargaining, I got a good price for the car and have not had any problems with it. The people who worked through the paperwork were helpful and they had plenty of staff on hand, even on a Friday evening. There was an insurance representative ready, and they even had an agreement with Enterprise to pick up my rental car so that I could drive the car that I just purchased off the lot.

As for my first time buying a vehicle, it was a great experience. Steve Evansky helped look for the right car that would fit my budget. I felt that he was very honest about my case and didn't try to put me in debt like other sales person do. I would highly recommend this dealership for your next car purchase.

As usual I called Andrew Harper at Tempe Dodge and he jumped all over it! I have bought three vehicles from Andrew in the last 2 years and he alway makes the process very comfortable. In my opinion he pulled off a miracle with the numbers we got! ( and I'm not new to buying trucks!) We were warmly greeted by Jarrett, taken in out of the hot sun and offered cold drinks. We were asked a lot of questions about needs and preferences. A short time later a minivan fitting our requirements was presented. We test drove and soon came to agreements. All in all a very good experience.

Gerald was fantastic, and he helped us quite a bit, showing features that I am still wrapping my head around. Most assuredly won't have a problem returning as a customer. Side note, Gerald is a good gauge if tall folks will fit in a Challenger!
