I don't understand the negative reviews on this dealership. I suspect part of it is that the average customer does not know how to buy a car. I leased a 2011 CR-V EX-L from them and it was the best purchasing experience of my life. I called the Internet/Fleet manager Justin Sobchak and told him what I wanted as well as describing the condition of my 2009 CR-V trade. He called me back in about 15 minutes with a super competitive lease price, but needed to see my trade in. I took the trade over and the used car manager looked it over with no games. They gave me the value they quoted over the phone. It was then on to Finance. In the Finance department Ed handled the paperwork with a tremendous amount of expertise with no high pressure sales for add-ons. I was out of Finance in 15 minutes which is unheard of. A great and efficient sales process. Now I just need to see how their service department is.
