Pros:

No pushy sales pitches. Fast, efficient and informative salesperson. Fair price.

Cons:

Better than most

Pros:

Willing to reduce price to sell product

Cons:

followup nonexistant, but not really needed anyway; they push a useless window etching service

don't stand behind their advertising deals
