Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale

I have years of experience with the lease/purchase experience and this was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had. My salesperson was friendly and professional and knowledgeable and a delight. He was patient and truly seemed to care if I had everything I needed. He shared my excitement in the entire process and shared with me the actual day the car was built in Germany, the day it left port, and the website that tracked the progress of the ship carrying my new car. I even observed it going through the Panama Canal which was a lot of fun and allowed me to bond with my new car before I even laid eyes on her, watching every step of the journey. This is the first non-BMW I have had in 12 years and I was nervous about changing brands but so far, Mercedes has exceeded my expectations with both the buying experience and the product.
