Pros:: It is the closest one to my house.
Cons:: They can't communicate, are not professional and don't seem to follow through.

I have had my Aura XR in for routine service and other issues (rattle in dash, rattling window, noisy grill and clunky transmission), regardless, I am less than impressed. I enjoyed the buying experience, but the customer service after the fact has not been good at all. I dont think that I hav...
