I recently had a blow out on a tire and couldn't get the lug nuts loose. I spoke with the service department who immediately dispatched a serviceman. In the meantime Andre my personal service rep was notified to get a tire on order. He could not get the locking lug nut off either. He went back to the shop and returned with a master set of locking keys. He also brought a full size spare with him and installed it. Returning to the dealership I was greeted by Andre who said they had a tire in stock and would get busy on it. He kept me informed every step of the way. After the front tire was replaced he noted the left rear was also damaged. Since that tire was nearly new I was told they would warrantee it on a road hazard basis and there would be no charge. Andre provided exception service all along the way. I told my wife later that night "You always hear about dealers who 'want to be your dealer for life', but I have never come across one yet." This is the 4th new car purchase in the past 10 years and, even though I didn't purchase my 2013 Jetta Hybrid from Lunde's, this could easily be "My dealer for life" based on the way Andre and the entire service department has taken care of me and my car!
