We bought a 2011 Sonata in August of 2010. Within two weeks, we had the car in for repair. Since then, it's been in an additional six times in less than eight months. Larry Miller Hyundai cannot fix the issue and they've flown in service engineers to look at it. They've had our car for well over 2 weeks and driven it over 500 miles why they've had it. They will not give us a new Sonata. I recently filed a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general in AZ and am going for a lemon law case. Dirk is good at communication, however the service manager Rick over promises and under delivers all of the time. His communication skills are horrible and rarely calls you back. I would never recommend buying a car from Larry Miller Hyundai or having your car serviced here.
