I was pleasantly surprised how great my car buying experience went.... I was really on the edge about moving up from a car to a Mini Van... I tried out 3 different companies and loved the Honda Odyssey... My sales rep Eddie C. was awesome!! He wasn't pushy and listened to my needs... He did not even try to close me. I told him that I needed to bring my husband back and I wanted to try out the Nissan Qwest and Toyota Sienna. He said no problem and still treated me great. I went back and purchased my car from him 2 days later. He stayed late for me and took his time. No pressure and remembered my motives and needs that I told him from the first time meeting him. It was an absolute pleasure working with Eddie. Also, the finance gentlemen Robert was nice as well... And Craig took the time after hours to go over the warranty information. I am looking forward to continuous service from Arrowhead Honda. Also, I will be referring all my friends and family to Eddie, Robert, and Craig.
