Routine Oil Change

Pros:

Service individuals and shuttle drivers are very personable. Mechanics did not dirty the interior.

Cons:

Wait times are excessive. Unprofessional business practices. DIDN'T PUT OIL CAP BACK ON.

The service individuals are nice and pleasant to work with.

Time spent waiting for individual to "check you in" at scheduled appointment time is a bit excessive (approximately 10 minutes).

Time spent waiting for a shuttle driver = 15-30 minutes.

65K service -- no issues

Pros:

No surprises, did what was needed, quickly, politely

Cons:

Phone tree to reach service scheduler is VERY tiring, just answer the phone

Dropped off my 2004 Camry for 65K service.  Oil change & check brakes.  Did what was needed.  No surprises.  Even ran it through the wash rack!  Will be back for next service.
