Pros:: Lexus Corporation was stellar in backing up a dishonorable dealership
Cons:: Unresponsive and dishonest sales staff

I guess I shouldn't be shocked that a car dealer was dishonest regarding my recent vehicle purchase, but I expected a bit more from a Lexus dealership.
