Hard sell. Bad customer service.

Anyone else out there getting sick and tired of rotten customer service from rotten businesses that just don't give a damn? I blame it all on management. If your sales reps have bad customer service skills, train 'em. If they still behave badly, fire 'em! If you still can't control your employees...
