Pros:

Large inventory, free oil changes and car washes, good customer service follow-up

Cons:

Doc fees are high, won't talk price seriously over the phone until you are in the showroom

O.K. full disclosure - I had originally written a review here where I slammed these guys really hard because the manager on duty did not honor a price I was quoted over the phone by another manager.
