Straight forward...no time wasted playing games like the other dealership's I visited around Phoenix

This was as painless as it gets buying a car.

I surfed their web-site...contacted them & they immediately responded that the vehicle

was in and ready for a test drive. My sales associate was good at listening

to my needs and found me an even better car to save on gas...one of my main requests....

I have bought several cars over the years and my experience with San Tan Ford was by far the best.

I really enjoyed working with my sales person Evan he was knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Overall the whole process went smoothly and I am very happy with my new F-250 truck.

Terrible sales staff, bait-and-switch masters, bully tactics, SOLD MY INFORMATION!!

Very Nice Dealership, open, no closed in cubicles, friendly enough staff.

Cons:

unwilling to show invoice

If you are an Edmunds.com reader, you know the steps to take in buying a new car or truck.  San Tan Ford probably won't agree to show you the invoice, but if you do your homework, you can find the invoice price on edmunds.com

Lack of character, professionalism. Lied to me. Told me we had a deal then didn't honor their word.
