Pros:

I can't think of any.

Cons:

They won't even discuss what you're trying to talk about, and don't make any attempt to investigate.

My ventilation system only blows hot air when set to "Fresh" air (i.e. even when it's cold outside). They told me to run my A/C all year round. I am paying for all of the above in ridiculous labor charges.
