Stay away from Big 2 Toyota

Pros:

I can't think of any.

Cons:

They won't even discuss what you're trying to talk about, and don't make any attempt to investigate.

My ventilation system only blows hot air when set to "Fresh" air (i.e. even when it's cold outside). They told me to run my A/C all year round. The service tech wouldn't even slide the ventilation lever back and forth to see what I was talking about. I called Scion Care hotline to complain, and they said the tech had run "complete diagnostics". Um, he actually didn't even touch my car. A friend had highly recommended Big 2 -- now he's mortified that I went there (my sales experience was bad, too) at his recommendation, but he's heard from countless people that since they moved to their new location, they are a terrible place to go now. I had my first three free oil changes done at the dealer -- I always had to beg to have the maintenance book stamped, and then had to put up with their ensuing frustration and disgust. Stay away.
