Having purchased several cars in the past I still dread the car buying expierience. As my wife and I walked up to the dealership we were greeted by Eddie Nunez, we told Eddie we were looking for a Santa Fe SE and he showed us want was available on the lot but the few that he had was not what we were looking for so he took us to his office and checked other dealerships on the computer and actually found one that we liked. Based on our trade-in and price of the Santa Fe SE Ray Coultrap, the sales manager, quoted a good price that came in under our budget, so my wife and I were thrilled, Ray then asked, if he gave us a smokin good deal would we be interested in the Santa Fe Limited, which of course costs more, that was on the lot so I thought to myself here comes the bait and switch but I was willing to listen. Eddie kept us company while Ray was working out a deal. Ray was gone about 10 minutes came in and sat at the desk and proceeded to explain his smokin deal and to our surprise he really did give us a smokin deal, he gave us top dollar for our trade-in, took some money off the sticker price, reduced some of the add-on costs and a $500.00 rebate when all was said and done we were only slightly over budget. In short we were treated fairly and courteously. Eddie did a great job explaining the features on the Limited, which had many extra options compared to the SE, I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
