Pros:

Nothing, now.

Cons:

Shady.

I tried to purchase my first car from them, so I requested a quote over the internet.  Steve Charron had emailed me back and said they could beat any deal.  After pleading my case, he agreed to give me invoice for it.  I was suspect of the price because it was higher than what Edmunds had said it...

Do NOT go to Earnhardt Honda

Pros:

They had free cookies and coffee

Cons:

They cheat the customer in my opinion.

They quoted me one price then did a bait-and-switch and charged me over $1000 more when I got there after a 4 hour drive. Then they said the increase was for window tint, clear door guards and mud flaps; a less than $100 cost to them but a $1000 w/tax cost to the customer.

Very easy to work with, friendly faces, a dealership that actually appreciates your business.
