Pros:
They have one employee who is customer service friendly
Cons:
Dont care about their customers at all.

On 12 Nov 07 I turned my 2007 GMC in to Aurora for warranty work.  DIC read Vehicle HOT, ACC Off and the gauge temp was only reading 160.  It was determined about 3 hours later that the temp valve was stuck shut and there no one in the state of Alaska had the part.  I ask how long it would take t...
