The avoided me having to sue them
Cons:
A total waste of my time.

I purchased a used 2005 Jeep Liberty from these guys in 2006.  They told me it had been through their 120 point inspection program and that it came with a warranty.  It was a CRD and I was sure to ask them if any work had been done on the vehicle because I was aware of some of the issues they are...
