Two tumbs up! What a difference a year makes

Since my last post here I have had to tak my Audi to this dealer again and am pleased to report that 1: those pushy [violative content deleted] are either gone or no longer at the service counter. 2: the current service department went way, I mean way out of their way to take care of a problem I had the service department could have just fixed the problem and billed me,but they went to battle with Audi USA and got Audi USA to pay for the repairs. This was above and beyond what was expected and gets from me now the highest praise.
