I bought a Dodge Ram, brand new. And, since I lived in Tuscaloosa, I had to go to Locklier Dodge to get maintnance done. They refused to service my transmission when the transmission went bad and would not back up their warranty. They said nothing was wrong which was not true. The transmission needed replacing. So, I had to take it to another dealership to get it replaced. They make you feel like you and your vehicle are not important. The same is true with the body shop. There attitude is that they are busy and can't get to you for a "long" while. Yesterday I called the service dept. and got voice mail. Of corse, they didn't return my call.
