Hands down the worst dealership that I have ever used! I took our 2004 Audi TT to Jack Ingram Motors because the automatic transimission sounded and felt rough. They were the closest dealership between Columbus, GA, Atlanta, GA and Montgomery, AL. Before I called, I asked the service department...
