Came in for my first oil change and it took just over 2 hours. I did do a walk in but only because when I called I was told no appointments were necessary (even though I had the complementary preferred service plan). I gave my truck to the service department and said I’d wait in the waiting room. About every 30 min I would go around front to see the progress then go back to my seat. Just after the 2 hour mark I went to the counter and was told my truck was done about 30 minutes ago! WTF I was pissed! Cause I was waiting in the waiting room all this time! The guy at the counter said “man, I didn’t even know you were waiting!” UNSAT.
